Management & Z Access
The management team ensure that users with Z access do not abuse their Z privileges. People who are found abusing Z will have their access removed from them and possibly be banned.

 Z Access Levels and what they can do:
kick, topic
above + ban, unban
above + op, deop, invite, suspend, unsuspend
above + adduser, clearmode, modinfo, access, autoop
match, rempass, remuser, status
above + addchan, remchan, join, part
(Available to channel manager only)

Available to all other users:
access, banlist, chaninfo, deauth, help, banlist, login,
newpass, showcommands, showignore, verify.
100 points:
People are usually in the channel regularly and at meets for around a couple of months before getting Z access. It starts at 100 points.

200 points:
A few more months and regular attendance at meets and channel then it's 200.

201-390 points:
After a while you *may* get offered 399 but that's as far as it goes for Z access.

400+ points:
400+ points is not offered as sufficient of those places are taken.
